SHIPPING POLICY

ColKy Designs & 3D Prints LLC processes orders within the production timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for shipping delays, carrier errors, lost or stolen packages, customs delays, or events beyond its control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is tendered to the carrier. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details and any additional costs due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation.  The Company is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
