Custom UV-Printed Acrylic Logo Keychains in Bulk
Custom logo keychains in bulk are a flexible, full-color option for business branding, customer giveaways, trade shows, events, teams, clubs, merchandise, souvenirs and practical key identification. Each custom acrylic keychain is printed in-house by ColKy Designs & 3D Prints in Freeland, Michigan.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
• Full-color, high-definition UV printing on clear rectangular acrylic keytags measuring 70 × 30 mm (approximately 2.76 × 1.18 inches).
• Your choice of Smooth Gloss or Raised 3D Texture printing.
• One approved design printed identically across the quantity selected.
• Print-ready artwork placement, sizing, one digital proof and one minor revision.
• Metal chain and split-ring hardware. Smooth Gloss orders of 50 or fewer arrive assembled. Smooth Gloss orders of 100 or more and all Raised 3D Texture orders are bulk packed with hardware separate to reduce scratching and shipping damage.
• Protected bulk packaging. Individual retail sleeves are not included but can be quoted.
ARTWORK AND DESIGN SERVICES
Upload your logo, graphic or finished keychain design and use the project-details field for exact text, colors, QR code format, layout instructions and other preferences. High-resolution PNG or JPG artwork can be cropped in the configurator. Additional reference graphics, QR codes and template images can be uploaded with Assisted Design and Full-Service Graphic Design orders. Keep important text, logos and QR content at least 2 mm from every edge.
Submit & Print includes basic sizing and placement of print-ready artwork, one digital proof and one minor placement correction. Assisted Design includes up to three simple layout options and one minor revision. Full-Service Graphic Design is available when you need a more complete custom keychain design; please contact us before ordering if the project is complex or you are unsure which service to choose.
HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM ACRYLIC KEYCHAINS
Choose Smooth Gloss or Raised 3D Texture, select the quantity and design service, upload your artwork, enter a design name and provide the project details. Review the crop and safe-area guide, confirm artwork permission, then add that design to your cart. We normally send the first digital proof within 1–3 business days after receiving complete artwork and project information. Production begins only after you reply APPROVED to the proof email.
PACKAGING AND CUSTOM-QUOTE OPTIONS
Pricing includes one matching design per configured quantity. Mixed designs, changing names, individual numbers, serial numbers, different QR codes and other variable-data printing require separate configurations or a custom quote. Two-sided printing, hardware assembly for bulk orders, alternate hardware, customer-supplied hardware, individual sleeving and complete retail packaging are also available by quote.
Raised 3D Texture is available through 500 pieces. The 1,000-piece quantity is offered for Smooth Gloss printing only. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.
IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION
The buyer is responsible for supplying and testing the final destination URL for any QR code. We include the QR code in the proof so placement and scanability can be reviewed before production. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it.
Because these personalized promotional keychains are made specifically for an individual, business or organization, approved custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Seller errors, production defects and shipping damage will be corrected. Changes requested after proof approval may require a reprint charge.
These custom key tags are business and general-use accessories, not toys. They contain small parts and are not intended for children. Clean gently with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, high heat, prolonged soaking and abrasive scrubbing.
