RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-custom physical products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval by the Company. Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Clearance, discounted, or final sale items are non-returnable.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging and condition suitable for resale. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the Company shipped an incorrect or defective item. Refunds are issued only after receipt and inspection of returned products. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Orders may be canceled only prior to commencement of production. Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled or refunded.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE AND REFUND POLICY

All digital products, including CAD files, STL files, models, drawings, and design assets, are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. Digital files are licensed, not sold.

The Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or create derivative works for commercial sale without a written commercial license agreement. All intellectual property rights remain with the Company unless expressly transferred in writing.
