Return and Exchange Instructions
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please follow the steps below.

1. Confirm Your Item Is Eligible
Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery for non-custom physical products only. Custom, personalized, made-to-order products, digital products (STL files, CAD files, models, drawings, etc.), and clearance, discounted, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in condition suitable for resale.

2. Request Return Authorization
Before sending any item back, please contact us with your order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request. Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm whether the return or exchange is eligible. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

3. Exchanges for Pre-Made Sets
Exchanges are available for pre-made label sets only, provided the items meet the eligibility requirements above. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when requesting an exchange. Once the returned set is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement set requested. If there is a price difference between sets, the difference must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.

4. Ship the Item
After approval, securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address below.
Please clearly label the package ATTN: Returns – Order #______ so we can properly identify and process it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Inspection and Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
